| Description | The Honey Lake Maidu Tribe is an American Indian Tribe with a duly adopted Constitution and identified as such by the State of Californias Native American Heritage Commission(NAHC). We are a band of more than 200 members, and are the aboriginal people to the areas of Plumas County, Lassen County and other geographic locations. It is our goal to seek Federal Recognition, protect our heritage ,and bring us closer together as a cohesive tribal family while assisting our members in housing, finance, medical and in education. This nonprofit organization has been established in California to raise funds for the Tribe. |
